CHEP, the leading pallet rental company, recently welcomed Coca Cola Recycling to its Orlando headquarters to reinforce the value of recycling with employees. The visitors utilized their Recycling Education Vehicle to help educate CHEP associates on the importance of recovering used bottles and cans in a fun and interactive way that includes videos, games, contests and prizes.
CHEP works to ensure material recovery, reuse and recycling efforts in its own reusable pallet and container business by maintaining ownership and control of its assets.
For a reality check, take a look in your company's trash bin, as well as at the monthly disposal fee. You might want to initiate new programs, such as kick starting your company's plastic wrap recycling efforts.
